Business Facade Improvement Program 2025

The aim of the Business Facade Improvement Program is to provide support to businesses with street frontage to undertake high-quality facade improvements that are visible from the front of the property and enhance the visual appearance and function of the building.  

What you need to do... 

1. Read the Business Facade Improvement Program Guidelines
2. Check eligibility criteria - ineligible applications will not be assessed.
3. Applicants will need to book an appointment with the Business Facilitation Officer to discuss your project. 
4. Identify costings needed for your proposal. Obtain quotes and seek shop owner permissions if required.
5. Seek appropriate advice around what permits might be required.
6. Fill out the application form with all information requested. 
7. Ensure you attach all supporting documentation electronically to your submission - including quotes, financial statements, plans, and before photos.   
8. Submit your application online by the closing date. You will receive an email instantly confirming the application has been submitted.
